You tested it and explained in great detail about water quality. More than I could ever imagine. Thereafter you personally installed a water softener, reverse osmosis system, and a UV bulb. “Reynolds Heating and Air Conditioning installed my new furnace system this year, which is working great. Bob, president of the company was the one who came to give me the estimate. I appreciated that he took the time to listen to my concerns instead of simply rushing to the basement to look at the furnace. Reynolds was the second company to look at my system and give me an estimate. The first company didn't even treat repair as a serious option. Even though I was 100% convinced when Reynolds came to the door that I would replace the system, Bob took the time to call a supplier in town, and he told me that repair would be possible for $300 (the other company threw out a figure of $800 and said the part might not even be available). I still decided to go with a full system repair due to the age of the furnace, but I didn't feel pressured at all. The furnace was installed within the week. I called the company an additional time for an electrical issue unrelated to the furnace and received prompt service as well. I doubt I'll have any problems with the new system, but if I would have a break down for some reason on a cold wintry day, this is a company I will be glad to have on my side.” –Lindsey B.
